We are a cottage bakery, located in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. We have a permit from the NJ Department of Health to bake specific products in our home kitchen and sell them to consumers. We use only the finest organic ingredients to bake sourdough bread to order.

This ingredients for this loaf couldn’t be simpler. Organic wheat flour, organic bread flour, water, and salt. That’s it. Keeps for about 4 days. Freeze in portions and thaw as needed, or throw a bread party.

Another sourdough loaf, this one made of 30% organic rye flour (ground here from organic grains) and 70% bread flour, water and salt. Delicious and healthy.

Not as gut-healthy as sourdough, but so scrumptious. The same flavor as an everything bagel, but not nearly as dense. Soft and chewy. Ingredients are high-gluten flour, everything bagel seasoning, salt, yeast, water, and a bit of olive oil.
